At the cafe at work there are these delicious oatmeal coconut cookies that always call out my name...and what can I say? I answer back by buying one of them and then eating every last crumb. I recently did a search online to see if I could find a recipe for these yummy little morsels.
Today I made a batch of these cookies and ate one...or two or three...and the day is not over yet!
